CMM Programmer PC-DMIS- Quality assurance

We are seeking an experienced Quality CMM Programmer with strong PC-DMIS proficiency to support our Quality Assurance team. This role is responsible for developing and executing CMM programs to ensure accurate inspection of manufactured components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain CMM programs using PC-DMIS
- Perform part inspections and document results
- Support PPAP submissions and quality documentation
- Develop control plans and inspection records
- Lead root cause analysis, NCRs, and 8D corrective actions
- Maintain gauge calibration system
- Prepare quality reports (PPM, cost of quality, NCR)
- Support continuous improvement and training efforts
- PC-DMIS CMM programming experience required (strong proficiency a must)
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing quality environment
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards
- Experience with PPAP, FMEA, root cause analysis, and 8D reporting
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
- Strong technical writing and data analysis skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- PC-DMIS Hexagon training Helpful
