Job Title: Production Utility Technician

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Occasional Overtime)

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable Production Utility Technician to join our manufacturing team in Winder, GA. This is a versatile position supporting the finishing department while assisting in other warehouse and production areas as needed. The ideal candidate is a team player who is comfortable moving between departments, learning new tasks, and helping wherever support is needed to keep production running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the finishing department with sanding, prepping, and handling finished products.
* Assist with general warehouse and production duties as assigned.
* Move materials between departments to support production flow.
* Operate hand tools and production equipment safely.
* Load, unload, organize, and stage materials.
* Perform quality checks on finished products.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
* Assist other departments during periods of high production.
* Follow all company safety policies and production procedures.

Qualifications:
* Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
* Experience using hand tools is a plus.
* Willingness to learn multiple job functions and work in different departments.
* Strong work ethic with excellent attendance and reliability.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand throughout the shift.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Safety-conscious with attention to detail.
