Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00a-4:30p Overtime on Fridays as needed.

Lingo Staffing is hiring Production Assemblers for a leading manufacturing partner in Daleville, VA!

Key Responsibilities:

• The commercial assembler is responsible for sub assembly and installation of components for HVAC unit production.
• Areas of assembly include final prep/ quality inspection, heat exchanger/ small equipment, fan & door.
• Use hand tools and read basic blueprints as needed
• Maintain safety and productivity standards in a manufacturing environment

Requirements:

• Prior construction or manufacturing experience 
• Knowledge on how to use hand and power tools required
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs throughout the shift
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
• Cannot be afraid of heights, positions require being 15-20 feet up at times
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to follow written instructions and read basic production documents
• Stellar attendance required
• Must be able and willing to work mandatory OT
