Solder Technician

Job Title: Solder Technician
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM With Some Overtime.
Pay Rate: $17/hour

Job Summary:
Solderer responsible for performing basic soldering and assembly work on components according to instructions and quality standards. This role involves working with small parts, following work orders, and maintaining a clean workstation.

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic soldering on components and assemblies

• Assemble parts according to work instructions

• Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy

• Use hand tools and soldering equipment safely

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Prior soldering experience preferred

• Ability to follow instructions and work with small components

• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift

Environment:

• Manufacturing / assembly setting

• Light to moderate physical activity
