Job Description
Lingo Staffing is looking to hire a 2nd shift Line Support associate for a manufacturing company located in West haven, CT!
This role supports operators by supplying materials, assisting with machine changeovers, and helping maintain product quality.
Hours: Monday-Friday 3PM-11:30PM
Pay: $18/hour
Responsibilities:
* Deliver and restock raw materials and supplies to production lines
* Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and moving finished goods
* Inspect fabrics for defects and report issues
* Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
* Follow safety and quality procedures
Qualifications:
* Proven 1+ year of manufacturing experience
* Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
* Team-oriented with good communication skills
* Forklift experience helpful (training available)
