Warehouse Worker (Direct Hire)

Location: Forest Park, GA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

We are growing and looking for a reliable, motivated Warehouse Worker to join our team! This is a direct hire opportunity with a stable Monday-Friday schedule. The ideal candidate is dependable, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to producing quality work. Candidates must be forklift certified and able to safely lift, push, pull, or move at least 50 lbs.

Job Responsibilities

• Pick and fill customer orders accurately using pick tickets.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Receive, identify, and document incoming products according to company procedures.
• Inspect materials for quality and report any discrepancies.
• Perform physical inventory counts and inventory verification.
• Follow established warehouse procedures and complete assigned tasks accurately.
• Load and unload trucks and shipping containers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of spices, herbs, and other products.
• Keep warehouse racks, pallets, and storage areas organized and sanitary.
• Report damaged products, contamination risks, or safety hazards immediately.
• Complete food safety, forklift, and warehouse-specific training as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be forklift certified (required).
• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Strong attention to detail with accurate picking and packing skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable with reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 lbs.
