Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Print Operator / Print Technician to join our team in Cumming, GA. This position is responsible for operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing EFI large-format printers while ensuring consistent print quality and production efficiency. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and experienced in digital printing equipment within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Operate EFI large-format printers safely and efficiently to meet production schedules.
* Perform daily preventative maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of printing equipment.
* Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and print-quality issues.
* Diagnose and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime.
* Monitor color accuracy, print quality, and production consistency.
* Load and unload large media rolls and printing materials safely.
* Maintain accurate production records and report equipment issues promptly.
* Collaborate with Graphics, Production, and Shipping teams to meet customer deadlines.
* Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
* Recommend improvements to increase equipment reliability, efficiency, and print quality.
* Follow all safety policies and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of experience operating large-format digital printing equipment.
* EFI VUTEk experience strongly preferred.
* Experience troubleshooting and repairing large-format printing equipment.
* Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose equipment problems.
* Knowledge of color management, media handling, and print production processes.
* Ability to read work orders and prioritize multiple production tasks.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
* Dependable, punctual, and safety conscious.
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
* Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
